产品说明Production Description

5,线轴有一定比率出现接头,每轴线有接头数≦2(特殊颜色线例外),接头处会用PE膜缠绕包裹,并在线盘和外箱上贴相应的接头标签。

(1)成品完成外径:Test production diameter
1、测量导体直径所需精度为1/1000mm的量具装置。测量成品外径,量具与线材芯轴成45°角,读出测量数值,将量具旋转90度方向,保持线材不动,再次读取测量数值,取2次测量数值的平均值作为一个点的确认数值,在样品中间和两端处,取3个随机位置量试3个点。

(2)导体电阻:Test conductor resistance
1、取样,将一条直线长的试样,试样中无任何氧化,拆弯等缺陷,长度为1.05m,将被测试导体连接到电位端,电位端分别为C1、P1、P2、C2个端点,导体一端连接到P1和C1端,另一端连接到P2和C2端,且务必保P1端到P2端之间导体长度为1m。

The potential ends are C1, P1, P2 and C2 respectively. One end of the conductor is connected to P1 and C1 ends, the other end is connected to P2 and C2 ends. 2、表针校零,面板上旋转开关(ZERO)是调节表针到“0”,如调节无法到达时,可调节灵敏度(Sensitivity)使表针到“0”为此。
Zero calibration: Adjust rotary switch (zero) calibrate the needle on the panel to “0”. If the rotary switch adjustment cannot reach to “0”, adjust “sensitivity” calibrate the needle to “0”.

3、倍率选择转盘旋至所需的电阻测量范围.(转盘从左到右,高到低进行调节)

4、调整测量读数盘,使指示仪指零后静止时方可从高阻值的读数开始记录
Adjust the measuring dial,when the indicator is still after zero,read from the high resistance and record.

5、读取被测试电阻测定值(各测量读数盘示值之再乘上倍率)
Read the measured value of the tested resistance (multiply the indicated value of each measuring reading plate by the multiplier)

6、 测得电阻值由下列公式换算为于20℃时线长1km的电阻值:
R20=Rt·αt·103/L
R20 :换算为20℃时,每公里的导体电阻(Ω/km)
Rt :t℃下测定值(Ω)
αt:将测定温度t℃时的电阻换算为20℃的电阻值,下表为导体电阻数。
L :测定长度(m)

(3)伸长率:Elongation ratio:
1、取长约30cm的试样,剥除绝缘层
Take a sample about 30cm long and peel off the insulation layer

2、在导体中间部分做25cm标点距离,再以300mm/min以下之速度拉力机拉伸至导体断掉为止,若试样在标点外被拉断,则该次检测无效需重新再测,而在标点内拉断的导体,取下测量其拉伸后的长度,在依下列公式计算出其伸长率。

If the sample is pulled out of the mark, the test is invalid and needs to be retested. 3、Elongation% = [length between markings after breaking – original punctuation distance] ÷ original mark distance

(4)耐热测试:heat test:
1、将一段305mm的直电线连续紧密相连的在磨光的指定直径的心轴上绕10圈,心轴直径详见表一。
A 305 mm straight wire shall be continuously and closely connected and wound 10 times on the polished mandrel with the specified diameter. See Table 1 for the diameter of the mandrel.

2、将试样放置在有循环压缩空气的烘箱中,温度为±5℃,放置30分钟,指定烘箱温度详见表二。从烘箱中拿出来以后,样品冷却至室温,观察检测试样在特定放大条件下的破裂情况,详见表三
Place the sample in an oven with circulating compressed air at ± 5 ℃ for 30 minutes. See Table 2 for the specified oven temperature. After being taken out of the oven, the sample is cooled to room temperature, and the fracture of the test sample under specific amplification conditions is observed. See Table 3 for details.

(5)热冲击耐压测试:Withstand thermal shock Test:
1、将一段305mm的直电线连续紧密相连的在磨光的指定直径的心轴上绕10圈,心轴直径详见表一。
Connect a 305 mm straight wire to a polished mandrel with a diameter of 10 turns. See Table 1 for the diameter of the mandrel.

2、将试样放置在有循环压缩空气的烘箱中,温度为指定温度±5℃,放置30分钟。指定烘箱温度详见表二。从烘箱中拿出来以后,样品却冷至室温。
Place the sample in an oven with circulating compressed air at a temperature of ± 5 ℃ for 30 minutes. See Table 2 for specific oven temperature. After being taken out of the oven, the sample was cooled to room temperature.

3、待样品完全冷却后,对样品进行3000Vac的耐压测试,施加3000V电压一分钟,应无击穿。
After the sample is completely cooled, carry out voltage withstand test of 3000VAC on the sample, apply 3000V voltage for one minute, and there shall be no breakdown. (6)绝缘破坏电压测试:Breakdown voltage test

1.直线法:由同一线轴取2组各5条试样,将长度为305mm直线样品捲绕于金属圆柱,将线的一端除去绝缘漆先缠绕10圈,使试线彼此紧密接触并注意试线不可有伸长或重叠情形,施加4.5KV 50Hz 1mA 60S。两组线无击穿,裂痕等现象。
Straight line method: take 2 groups of 5 samples each from the same spool, wind the 305 mm straight sample on the metal cylinder, remove the insulating paint from one end of the wire and wind it for 10 circles first, make the test lines contact each other closely, and pay attention to the situation that the test lines cannot be extended or overlapped, and apply 4.5kv 50Hz 1mA for 60s. The two groups of wires have no breakdown, crack and other phenomena.

 

2.绞线法:取400mm长试样,将两端对折并按照表6所示相应的张力和圈数交合成两根约125mm长,以500V/S之速度从0均匀上升到规定的电压(10.0KV 50Hz 1mA)持续60秒钟,绝缘层不得击穿,实际测量5PCS。
Stranded wire method: take a 400mm long sample, fold both ends in half and make two 125mm long samples according to the corresponding tension and turns as shown in Table 6. Rise from 0 to the specified voltage (10.0kv 50Hz 1mA) at the speed of 500V / s for 60 seconds. The insulation layer shall not be broken down. The actual measurement is 5pcs.
